CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. or 1 whole cooked chicken, boiled & cut up
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas & carrots, cooked
1 (8 oz.) noodles (elbow macaroni or shells), cooked & drained
1 tbsp. chives (optional)

Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 6-8.
