PAT'S SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1 c. dairy sour cream
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. canned apple pie filling, diced
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. softened butter

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Beat first 6 ingredients together, then mix in the diced apple filling. Turn into unbaked 9 inch pie shell and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with mixture made from last 3 ingredients. Return to oven for 20 minutes more. Serve warm or cold.
