BRAN ROLLS 
1 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. All Bran cereal
1 c. boiling water
6 c. flour (4 c. all-purpose and 2 cups wheat)
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1 c. warm water
2 pkgs. yeast
2 eggs (or 3 egg whites)
2 tsp. salt

Combine first 4 ingredients. Allow to cool. Combine yeast with 1 cup warm water and 1 1/2 teaspoons honey. Allow to proof (small bubbles on top of yeast mixture). Combine yeast with first mixture. Add 2 eggs beaten. Add flour - mixture may be sticky. Place in oiled bowl - oil both sides of dough. Cover, let rise 2 hours. Punch down. Form into rolls. Let rise until doubled. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes approximately 36 rolls.
