MICROWAVE VEGETABLES 
Broccoli, with stems
Cauliflower flowerets
Sliced zucchini
Sliced yellow squash
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
Sliced tomatoes

Put in microwave dish broccoli with stems on the outside of dish, add other three vegetables and cover. Microwave 9 minutes. Slice tomatoes over top. Make sauce of butter, garlic salt and thyme and pour over top. Cover and cook 1 minute.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
