BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage, drained or (1 lb. bacon, crumbled)
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
6 slices of bread, cubed (with crusts off)
1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Brown sausage or bacon; beat eggs with milk. Add salt and dry mustard. Generously butter a 9 x 12 inch Pyrex casserole dish. Arrange sausage (or bacon) in bottom. Pour in egg mixture. Sprinkle bread cubes on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until delicately brown. Cut into squares - Scrumptious!

This casserole may be mixed the night before if desired and baked the next morning. I have also made a vegetable dish of this using fresh veggies and mushrooms instead of meat.
