PECAN ROLLS 
1 lb. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 jar marshmallow creme
1 lb. caramel
1 tbsp. water
10 c. pecans

Mix first four ingredients, kneading in sugar gradually. Then shape in roll and wrap in wax paper. Put in freezer until hard. Melt caramels and water in top boiler. Roll center rolls in caramel, then pecans while caramel is still warm. Press pecans into the roll.
