BISTRO CROISSANT 
3 tbsp. Poupon Dijon mustard
4 tsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
6 croissants, split
6 lettuce leaves
12 slices ham (3/4 lb.)
6 slices turkey breast (1/2 lb.)
12 slices Swiss cheese
12 thin slices red onion
12 thin slices green pepper rings
12 thin slices red pepper rings

In a bowl, blend mustard, red wine, oil, parsley, cumin, salt and pepper. Spread 2 teaspoons mustard mixture on each croissant bottom. Top with lettuce leaf, 2 slices of ham, 1 slice of turkey, 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of onion, 2 slices of red and green pepper rings. Spoon 2 teaspoons mustard over sandwich. Replace croissant top. Yield: 6 servings.
