BLUEBERRY POUND CAKE 
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter
4 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. fresh blueberries
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt

Use 2 tablespoons butter to grease a 10-inch pan, sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar in bottom. Cream 1 cup butter with sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Combine 2 3/4 cups flour, baking powder and salt and add to mixture. Add 1/4 cup flour to blueberries and fold into mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
