MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. cold water

Mix, beat 20 strokes and press into bottom and sides of greased casserole.

1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
2-4 thinly sliced tomatoes
3/4 c. chopped green pepper

Cook and put on top of dough.

1 c. sour cream
2/3 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix and spoon on top of meat mixture. Shake some paprika on top. Bake at 375 degrees 25-30 minutes.
