LAURA'S CHICKEN DIVAN 
1 lb. chicken breasts, skinned & boned
10 oz. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. Madras curry (or to taste)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Cook chicken until tender. Thaw broccoli. In a casserole, layer broccoli, Parmesan cheese and chicken (cut into bite-size pieces).

In small bowl, mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Spoon mixture over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle grated cheddar over all. Top with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Cover and bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
