CHICKEN DIVAN 
1 whole chicken + 1 whole chicken breast (3 1/2 lbs.)
Pieces of onion, carrot, celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli florets
Parmesan cheese, grated

Boil chicken in salted water with onion, carrot and celery pieces until tender. Mix soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder and sharp cheese. Cook broccoli (still green but stems tender). Debone and chicken and cut in chunks.

Butter 13 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch Pyrex dish. Place broccoli on bottom, then chicken and sauce over top. Top with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
