KUGELI 
1/4 lb. bacon, diced
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
4 lg. potatoes, grated
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs

Saute bacon slightly in butter. Add onion and cook until onion is transparent. To the grated potatoes, add flour, salt, pepper and baking powder. Mix well. Add bacon mixture and eggs and beat. Pour into greased oblong pan and bake in a 375 degree oven until done, about 1 hour. Cut into squares and serve hot.
