ALMOND POUND CAKE | |
2 1/2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. soft butter 1 tsp. almond extract 1 c. low fat plain yogurt 3 egg substitutes Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients at once. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour into 10 inch bundt pan. Bake 60 to 70 minutes, until springy. Cool at least 15 minutes. Menu exchange: Bread 1 1/2, Fat 1 1/2, and 181 Calories in 1 inch slice.
