2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. oats
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

In a saucepan, mix together sugar, milk, butter and cocoa. Cook for 1 1/2 minutes. After it starts to boil, add oats, peanut butter, nuts and vanilla. Drop cookie mix by spoonfuls onto wax paper.

Cool for about 1 hour.
