RHUBARB BARS 
1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
6 tbsp. powdered sugar
3/4 c. butter
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. all-purpose flour
4 c. rhubarb
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix together flour, powdered sugar and butter and pat into 9x13-inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Blend the remaining ingredients. Put on the baked crust. Return to oven and bake 35 to 40 minutes longer. Top with Cool Whip.
