RICE PILAF 
1 can French onion (golden onion) soup
1/2 stick butter
1/4 stick butter
1/4 lb. thin egg noodles
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 can chicken broth
3/4 can water
1/2 tsp. soy sauce

Melt butter and butter; brown uncooked egg noodles. Combine with all remaining ingredients in 9 x 9 inch casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. (Recipe may be doubled for 13 x 9 inch dish.)
