OVERNIGHT SALAD 
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. pineapple juice
Dash of salt

Cook in top of double boiler until thickened. Add 1 tablespoon butter. Cool.

2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. white cherries
2 c. pineapple bits
2 oranges, cubed
1 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped and folded in last

Decorate top with orange sections and maraschino cherries. 1 medium sized tin of fruit cocktail (drained), may be substituted for cherries, if not available. Refrigerate overnight.
