CRANBERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
4 c. miniature marshmallows
1/3 c. milk
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
2 c. Virginia's cranberry relish, drained

Combine crumbs and butter. Press into 8 inch square pan. Melt marshmallows in milk, stir until smooth. Chill to thicken.

Combine softened cream cheese and vanilla; beat until well blended. Whip in marshmallow mixture; fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust. Chill. Top with cranberry relish. Serves 10-12.
