CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. miniature chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter; press into 9 inch pan. Combine cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in chocolate chips and vanilla; pour over crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 250 degrees, continue baking 35 minutes. Chill before serving. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
