CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. finely crushed creme filled chocolate cookies or graham crackers
2 to 3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar (if using graham crackers)
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 to 2 c. mini chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. flour

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine crumbs, butter and sugar; press firmly into a 9 inch springform pan or a 9 x 13 inch pan in a large mixing bowl beat cheese until fluffy gradually add milk; beat until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. In small bowl mix 1/2 of the chocolate chips with flour to coat. Stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips across top. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until set. Turnoff oven and let cool completely in oven. Chill thoroughly.
