BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices white bread, crust removed
1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
1/2 lb. Old English or Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. melted butter
3 eggs, beaten
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. dried mustard or 1 1/2 tsp. prepared
2 c. milk

Break bread into bite size pieces and place in 9 x 13 inch baking pan or dish greased. Arrange meat on bread, sprinkle cheese over all. Pour melted butter over next. Beat eggs, add salt, mustard and milk. Pour over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

1 lb. bacon, fried and drained, crumbled over top

(Can use 1 pound ham instead of sausage). (Add mushroom if you like).
