KOREAN SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh spinach
1 can water chestnuts, drained, sliced thin
1 can bean sprouts
8 slices fried bacon
3 hard-boiled eggs

DRESSING:

1 med. onion
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
1/3 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. sugar

Mix spinach, chestnuts, bean sprouts, eggs and bacon. Blend in blender ingredients for dressing. Mix salad and dressing just before serving.
