SPINACH KOREAN SALAD 
1 bag spinach
1 pt. bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
5-8 slices fried bacon, crumbled (I use turkey bacon)
1 sm. onion, chopped
Leaf lettuce
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
Toasted almonds
3 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 c. pea pods, cut up

Toss together. Make dressing and serve on the side.

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. catsup
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix well.
