APPLE COFFEE CAKE 
1 can apple pie filling (20 oz.)
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. melted butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Mix apple filling and cinnamon, set aside.

Beat flour, granulated sugar, milk, butter, baking powder, salt and eggs on low speed, 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed, 2 minutes. Pour 1/2 batter in pan (about 2 cups). Spoon 1/2 pie filling over batter. Repeat with remaining batter and pie filling mixture. Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts over pie filling mixture. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake 45 to 55 minutes until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

GLAZE TOPPING:

3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter, softened
3/4 tsp. vanilla
2 to 3 tsp. hot water

Beat until smooth.
