AUNT EVIE'S LADY LOCKS
1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour cream

Mix flour and shortening thoroughly. Stir in sour cream and mix well. (A little more flour may be added in the process of mixing.) Dough will be very soft. Divide dough in half, wrap each section in wax paper and refrigerate overnight.

Roll out as for pie crust, using powdered sugar on board. Wrap clothespin with foil. Roll dough on clothespin, making sure its edges overlap, or they will come apart. Bake at 350 degrees to a golden brown. Use a pastry tube to fill with cream filling.
