CANLIS SHRIMP 
2 lbs. large shrimp
1 oz. butter
1 oz. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
2 oz. dry Vermouth (I use about 4 oz.)
1/2 lemon juice (juice of half lemon)

Melt butter and oil in large frying pan. Add shrimp, salt and pepper. Cook shrimp until brown. Raise temperature to high, add lemon juice and Vermouth. Cook for 1 minute. Serve with brown rice.

This can be made ahead of time - add the lemon and Vermouth before serving.
