JELLO PIE 
Chill in freezer 1 large can Pet milk until icy.

Mix:

3 eggs (well beaten)
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice

Cook until thick. While still hot, add:

1 pkg. (3 oz. size) Jello (I prefer lime for pie)

Let mixture cool completely.

Whip icy Pet milk until it holds soft peak, slowly add Jello mixture, beating constantly until it forms peak. Pour (immediately) into cooked, cooled pie shells. Makes 2 pies. Store in refrigerator.
