1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/4 c. peanut butter

FILLING:

3/4 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar

Combine all ingredients and roll in balls. Flatten and put peanut butter filling in center of each cookie. Bake at 375 degrees 7-9 minutes.
