MOCK TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3 soup cans milk
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. diced celery
1 can cream of celery soup
9 c. seasoned croutons/croutettes

Brown hamburger; saute onion and celery until tender. Mix soup, milk and croutettes. Add ground beef, onions and celery; season with salt and pepper. Mix all together. Bake in a long Pyrex pan or 5 quart casserole at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
