ENGLISH TRIFLE 
1 jelly roll
1 can fruit (your choice)
1 pkg. Jello
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
Cool Whip (or whipped cream)
1 c. milk
1 c. boiling water
1 lg. glass bowl
Sprinkles

Cut jelly roll in 1 inch thick slices, cover bottom and 1/4 up sides of bowl. Drain fruit and place over jelly roll. Prepare Jello and let cool, then pour over fruit, place in refrigerator until set. Cover pudding with Cool Whip and decorate with sprinkles or as desired.
