Put in a Dutch oven size pan:

1 can corned beef, broken up
1 onion, diced
4 carrots, diced
4 potatoes, diced
Any leftover vegetables from previous meals

Combine and add enough water to cook the vegetables. This is great for camping trips when your fresh meat is used up and there isn't a store handy.
