JOHNNY'S ORANGE GLAZED FISH 
2 lbs. fish (fillets or thick cut steaks)
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 tbsp. butter
4 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. orange juice
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 orange, peeled, sectioned & diced
1 clove garlic, sliced thin

Arrange fish in buttered baking dish. In a small saucepan cook onion and garlic in butter until tender. Blend in cornstarch. Add orange juice, bouillon and salt. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in orange and pour over fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 17 to 20 minutes. Serves 4 to 5 adults.
