CHERRY RETES 
Retes dough
2 1/4 oz. lard
3 oz. bread crumbs
3 lbs. cherries
2 1/2 sifted sugar
Cinnamon

Pull the dough out thin, sprinkle with melted lard and bread crumbs and scatter the cherries mixed with the raisins, sugar and cinnamon evenly over it. Roll up, put in a greased tin, and bake.
