MICROWAVE MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, diced
1 sm. green pepper, diced
1 egg
15 crushed saltine crackers
1/2 can tomato sauce (reg. size)
Bit of parsley

Mix into a loaf. Stir together:

1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water

Mix together well and pour over meatloaf. Cover dish with plastic wrap. Slit 2 or 3 times. Cook in microwave on high 20 minutes. Turn every 5 minutes if not on turntable. Let stand 5 minutes, then serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
