PARTY POTATOES 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion

TOPPING:

1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. crushed corn flakes

Thaw potatoes. Combine all ingredients, except topping, and place in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix topping and sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Add ham chunks for a main dish casserole.
