1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and pour into unbaked pie shell, dot with 1/4 stick butter and sprinkle with sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 400 degrees.
