BUTTER NUT SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked, mashed squash
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
Salt to taste

Cook squash in salted water until tender. Mash and add rest of ingredients. Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
