Any weight eye or round roast or any roast of choice
1/4 c. Kitchen Bouquet
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. butter (may use less)

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. This cooks any size roast brown on the outside and pink on inside. Put roast in pan and coat with Kitchen Bouquet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover the top of roast with pats of butter.

Place in preheated oven uncovered for 5 minutes per pound. Do not open oven door. When roast has cooked for 5 minutes per pound turn off oven and leave for 2 hours. Do not open oven door until the end of the 2 hours. Makes 4-6 servings.
