BUTTERSCOTCH CAKE 
2 eggs
1 can Thank You pudding & pie filling, butterscotch
1 yellow cake mix
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix yellow cake mix, eggs and butterscotch pudding. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Mix sugar, butterscotch chips and nuts. Sprinkle mixture over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. You can use chocolate instead of butterscotch if desired.
