Yellow cake mix (Pillsbury)
1 can Thank You butterscotch pudding
2 eggs
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. butterscotch chips

Mix cake mix, pudding and eggs. Spread in 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and butterscotch chips. Bake according to package. Serve with Cool Whip.
