BUTTERSCOTCH CRAZY CAKE 
1 sm. box butterscotch pudding
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Cook pudding according to directions; cool. Add cooled pudding to dry cake mix; mix well. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with nuts and the butterscotch chips. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
