IRISH SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
Olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 sm. onion, chopped
Red pepper, chopped
1 lb. sausage
4 cans crushed tomatoes
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
Parmesan cheese (tbsp)
1/2 c. red wine
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper
2 eggs
1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs

Saute olive oil, garlic, onion, red pepper, basil and oregano. Add 4 cans tomatoes. Microwave sausage and add to above mixture in large pan. Mix ground meat, eggs, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt & pepper to taste. Form into meatballs and add raw meat balls to sauce. Simmer for 2 hours.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
