MINT SWIRL BROWNIES 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream together first 3 ingredients. Add eggs; beat well. Add dry ingredients. Divide dough in half. In one bowl, add 1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate. In the other bowl, add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon peppermint extract and green food coloring. Drop checkerboard fashion in square pan. Swirl with spatula. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

GLAZE:

Melt 1 ounce chocolate and 1 tablespoon butter over low heat. Remove from heat; add 1 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until crumbly. Add enough boiling water until smooth.
