POLISH KOLACKY 
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. margarine
2 c. sifted flour
1 egg yolk
3/4 c. sour cream
Any prepared fruit jam apricot, raspberry, strawberry, etc.

Cream butter and margarine; add sour cream and beat together then add egg yolk and mix again. Add flour a little at a time and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll out dough and cut into squares of 3 inches. Place dollop of jam filling in center of square and fold all corners to center. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 22 to 28 minutes until lightly browned. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
