BEEF FRIED RICE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. skirtt steak cut into very small pieces
2 c. of cold cooked rice
Pinch of salt and pepper
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. of sugar
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 sm. carrot, finely chopped

Melt butter in frying pan and stir fried steak until it changes color, add onions and carrots and a pinch of salt, pepper and sugar. Then stir fry over high heat for about 10 seconds. After that add rice and soy sauce continue to stir fry until rice is heated thoroughly. Cook as quickly as possible without burning. Serves 3.
