CHOURICO AND GREEN PEPPERS | |
2 lbs. chourico 4 green peppers (cut in strips) 1 lg. onion (diced) Cut chourico in 1 inch pieces. Saute until color appears and chourico is thoroughly cooked. Add onions and peppers to pan. Stir occasionally. Place in casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6. St. Brendan's |
