STUFFED BREADS 
3 1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast (rapid rise)
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. butter

STUFFING IDEAS:

Chopped broccoli & cheese
Spinach & cheese
Hamburger, spaghetti sauce & cheese

Cook stuffing prior to putting it onto bread.

Mix above ingredients, except for 1 cup flour and water and butter. Add water and butter gradually. Add cup of flour until it is good to knead. Knead 7 to 10 minutes. Let it rise.

Roll it out into 14"x10" rectangle. Place on greased baking sheet. Down the center spread whatever stuffing you want. Cut 10 cuts on each side. Braid it across. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
