BAKED ZITI
1 clove garlic
About 3 tbsp. oil
3 lbs. chop meat

Heat oil, brown garlic and add chopped meat and brown. 2 sm. cans of tomato paste 2 sm. cans tomato sauce

Blend large cans of tomatoes and add to meat mixture with paste and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer about 1 1/2 hours. If too thick, add about 1 small can of water. Also, add salt and pepper to taste. (I use 35 ounce cans of tomatoes with basil.) 1 lb. Mozzarella, cubed sm. 3/4 c. milk 2 eggs Parsley Salt & pepper

Mix all of above ingredients in large bowl and store in refrigerator until ready to use. Boil 2 pounds ziti but do not cook fully; they should be a little hard (al dente). Drain.

Layer sauce, ziti (1/4), cheese mix, two times. Top with sauce, and bake at 375 degrees for about 3/4 hour. This makes 2 baking pans about 9 x 13 x 3 inches. You can make this the day before and refrigerate. You can eat one and freeze one for later.
