FRIED RICE 
3 slices bacon, diced
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. rice, cooked
1 c. shrimp, cooked
Pork or chicken, chopped
1/2 c. peas, cooked
2 tbsp. green onion, diced
1/2 c. bean sprouts, chopped
1/2 c. canned mushrooms
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. MSG
Salt & pepper to taste

Fry bacon until slightly brown. Remove. Cook eggs in same pan until slightly set. Remove from skillet. Brown rice for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, stir together for a few minutes. Add bacon and eggs. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serves 6.
