GIRL SCOUT CAMP - OUT DINNER 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 sm. carrots, cut into strips
2 lg. potatoes, quartered
2 ears of corn on cob, cut in half

Cut 4 sheets of 12 x 18 inch foil and place together crosswise. Combine the beef, chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste in a bowl and shape into 4 patties. Arrange on foil. Add carrot strips, potatoes and corn. Bring foil up and around the beef patties. Fold and seal. Cook over hot coals for about 1 hour or until vegetables are tender. Makes 4 servings.
